Beginning January 2005, The Society is simplifying its rules. Please make note of the following: Enrollment

| Membership Card |
|
Upon
receipt of the application for Membership the name will be registered
and a personalized Membership Card will be issued and sent to each
Member. |

Membership Validity |
|
Membership will be valid for a period of 24 months from the time that the Application Form is registered. Membership is to be automatically renewed every two years. |

Member's
Privilages |
|
The valid membership card must be
submitted to an Authorized Dealer. The Society Bulletin will be
mailed to each member. This publication will keep membership informed
of new product, retirements, signing events and more. Only Members
also have the opportunity to visit the Studios of Florence and
Giuseppe Armani when they are traveling abroad. Of course, advanced
notice is required. Tours of the Studio must be arranged through
Society Headquarters, U.S.A. |

Renewing Members |

Current
membership of The Society will be automatically renewed for two
years on each anniversary date. |
